As a Programme Manager you will be responsible for the management, delivery and administration of the pre-departure programme in Outlook’s client schools within your region, and further afield as required.
You will deliver and quality assure the pre-departure programme events in line with the school’s chosen destination and type of expedition, which will include - but is not limited to - itinerary development, fundraising support, cultural insights, expedition training and the teams’ final preparation day.
As the main point of contact for the school prior to their departure, you will communicate frequently with the Head Link Teacher in each school, supporting them, answering questions and resolving issues. You will also ensure timely booking of programme events and receipt of required information such as flight dates, bookings, and participant information.
You will be supported by a regional team and, together with the Regional Manager, will ensure the highest standards of service and support for Outlook’s customers.
