  • Facilitate adventure programs for International School students in the wild areas of Hong Kong
  • Ensure safety during all activities, e.g.rock climbing, abseiling, kayaking, gorge trekking, navigation, amongst others
  • Observe group dynamics and facilitate the experiential learning process utilizing both soft and hard skills
  • Provide opportunities for young people to recognize and reach their potential



  • Highly motivated and passionate with a desire to inspire
  • Experience in facilitating Outdoor & Experiential Learning programs
  • Experience in leading and instructing outdoor pursuits; rock climbing, abseiling and other high element activities
  • Strong work ethics with an ability to work long days and overnight programs
  • Strong sense of teamwork
  • Appropriate references
  • Candidates should be over 21 year old
  • Available to work in Hong Kong for Fall 2021 and Spring 2022
  • Current nationally recognized Criminal Record Check Certificate



  • Hold a national governing body (NGB) award or equivalent in water-based and/or land-based activities (e.g. BC Coach Award, BC Paddlesport Instructor, SPA, ML, NZOIA Rock 1, etc.)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate (Wilderness First Aid preferred)



  • Working visa will be sponsored for successful applicants
  • One return flight from home country to Hong Kong
  • Accommodations will be provided
  • Meals when working on overnight programs will be provided
