We’re looking for a temporary member of staff to work night shifts in our 24/7 Operations Room.

The Operations Room is the central point of communication and is there to support teams in-country during the expedition season. This ranges from receiving routine check-ins, answering questions and supporting the team with issues such as sickness or budget requests etc.

Working alongside full time Outlook staff, you will be involved in the daily administration of the Operations Room, this will involve answering phones, maintaining accurate case records and contacting leaders to relay information and decisions. You will need to be organised, have good communication skills, be confident on the phone and your written correspondence must be to a high standard.

Key details:

£100 a shift, x21 shifts in total, shift times 8pm-8am, shifts are 3 nights on 3 nights off, period of work 2nd July – 12th August, paid training day 5th June (date TBC) 0900-1730. There may be some flexibility around dates, please get in contact to discuss.
