• In-country Operations Manager, Costa Rica
• Full-time, permanent contract - applicant would be expected to make a commitment as we build a team for the longer term
• Spanish speaker
• In charge of small team of local staff, reporting to Regional Director
• Role entails:
o Planning itineraries and developing associated costings
o Implementing health and safety processes
o Supervision of operations, such as reservations
o Supervision of camp infrastructure
o Supervision of community and environmental projects
o Maintaining positive and productive relationships with communities, providers and partners
o Working to budgets
o Liaising with the UK office
o Taking overall responsibility for the delivery of Camps products to client groups
• This is an “HQ” role, but involves significant amounts of travel within the country, with time in the field
