As Head of Customer for Outlook Expeditions, you will be responsible for overseeing the regionally-based team charged with the management, delivery and administration of the pre-departure programme in Outlook’s client schools, as well as the School Support team based in Outlook’s Head Office.
You will be responsible for the continuous development, management and quality assurance of the Outlook Expeditions ‘Programme’, as well as associated staff and customer support across a range of products. You will also manage timely collation of key school and participant-related information, as required by other internal teams and in order to sign off each expedition ready for departure.
In addition to this, the Head of Customer will take a small allocation of schools that they manage directly, made up of those within range of Head Office and/or high value clients.
