Leader positions are now open for our summer 2019 expeditions to the Amazon, Iceland, Himalaya & Yukon.

We have a range of volunteer leader opportunities available from Adventure Leaders, Science Leaders, Expedition Medics, to Creative Media Leaders and more.

We welcome leaders from all backgrounds with a wide variety of skills and experience. We’re looking for men and women who can lead and inspire, teach and coach, and are comfortable spending extended periods in harsh and remote environments. In all roles, preference will be given to individuals who are able to demonstrate experience of working with young people relevant to the expedition client group and experience of the environment pertinent to the expedition location.

Our leaders have the ability to inspire, motivate, encourage and develop our explorers in a positive, safe and yet challenging environment. As a non-profit organisation all leader positions are undertaken on a voluntary basis and our leaders join for the intrinsic value of exploration, adventure, science and the development of young people. We provide comprehensive training prior to each expedition and supports all leaders through various personal and professional development opportunities.
