Exodus Travels is currently looking for a Customer Operations Executive (Short Haul) who is fluent in Italian to join our busy team in London with an immediate start.
What will you do?
Working closely with the Customer Operations Support Team, Aviation Team, Product Managers, and local suppliers, you’ll ensure clients receive the highest standard of service post-sales and delivery on the ground.
You’ll be responsible for any booking in your area from the end of the sales call to the end of the holiday, including the majority of post-sales communication and liaising with suppliers to ensure all services are provided as booked, as well as managing any crisis situations in your area.
This role looks after the majority of Exodus’ Italian itineraries and works closely with our local partners, and so is only suitable for a fluent Italian speaker.
Who are you?
You’re a customer service champion who handles client correspondence in a friendly, professional, and timely manner—handling any complaints with grace and diplomacy. You have excellent written communication skills and you’re confident on the phone. You’re able to prioritise your workload whilst maintaining a flexible and proactive approach to your responsibilities, whether you’re working autonomously or as part of a team.
Previous customer-facing experience is essential—not to mention good travelling experience and an interest in adventure travel!
We are offering salary of £24,000.
