Role overview

Sales activity - 50%

Win repeat business from current clients, and bring new schools on board, using a consultative approach to identify the best product for each school

Own the successful launch of new trips with confident and inspiring presentations to students and parents

Deliver on annual revenue targets

Client Management - 50%

Build deeper relationships with teachers and senior leadership teams in order to better understand their motivations and to identify weakening relationships

Ensure a smooth build up to departure with clear communication and by delivering pre-departure training meetings for students and parents to prepare them for their trip

Proactively work to resolve potential problems alongside our customer and operations teams e.g. itinerary changes, flight concerns, students withdrawals, fundraising challenges
