The role:

As the Patagonia Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a remote sales team based across the world. The ideal candidate will also be influencing the strategic direction of the team shaping and influencing the future trajectory, continuing to grow globally, and doubling the size of your team in the next two years.

Who Swoop are looking for:

Swoop are looking for a highly experienced sales person with a real passion for travel who is driven by leading a successful team and delivering results in the travel industry. To thrive in this role, you will need a proven track record of coaching and managing an exceptional, globally dispersed sales team. Swoop are looking someone with experience propositioning a high-end experiential product and a robust knowledge of the travel industry. Commercially minded, passion for team development, target driven and ambitious you will drive the team to meet and exceed targets.
