As our sales team grows, we need to continue to build an epic team to support our customers with the next steps of their Swoop booking.
What will you be doing?
You will own a customers journey from the point they book, to the point they return from their trip, providing excellent customer service throughout. Supporting, exciting and inspiring our customers about their forthcoming adventure is key, and customer interaction both over the phone and via email is vitally important. We aim to turn all of our customers into ambassadors for Swoop, and our regions through excellent customer engagement and service, and you will play a very important role in achieving this.
In addition to supporting our customers, you will also be providing crucial support to our Patagonia Sales team and be required to build close working relationships with our partners on the ground in Patagonia. We ensure this by being exemplary in our communication: sharing with customers our specialist knowledge of the essential nuts and bolts that make up their trips; responding to requests in a timely, efficient and sensitive manner; and taking responsibility for customers being fully prepared for their adventures by providing excellent quality, highly accurate travel documentation.
Who You’ll be
We need a customer-focused individual who will go above and beyond to deliver excellent service to our customers. Confidence to pick up the phone and engage with our customers and get them excited and prepared for the incredible adventure that lies ahead is key. To ensure high levels of customer service, a great attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and exceptional organisational skills are also required. We are a small team of 8 people and we work closely together. We need a team player who will easily fit into our hard-working, fun and supportive team.
