Who we’re looking for

Someone who is  passionate about our product and travel and wants  to exceed the expectations of our customers by paying attention to the little details.  Who is able to take on responsibility when required and keep a level head whilst doing so.

A team player who is prepared to get involved and able to work under pressure .

An effective communicator,  able to show competence in handling incoming/outbound telephone calls, e-mails and various other methods of communication

Someone who is  confident to engage with a range of stakeholders – teachers, parents, students.

Client  Management (75% of role)

As the main point of contact for all initial calls to the operations centre, you will manage the immediate response, including triage then helping to gain control of the given situation and provide support to personnel on the ground as required. You will accurately record all incident details into the incident management system and conduct detailed briefings and handovers between incoming and outgoing Operations Centre staff at shift changes

Relationship  Management (25% of role)

Be proactive and assist internal teams as and when required in relations to customer services, processing pre-departure medical clearances, insurance related claims and manage day to day maintenance of in-country provider compliance, ensure all Standard Operating Procedures updated and reviewed.
