All singing, all dancing, passionate about cultural exchange and enabling young people to engage with local communities (and vice-versa!)... Is that how you'd describe yourself?
We're looking for paid leaders and assistant leaders to facilitate incredible cultural exchange and community engagement experiences for teams in East Africa and Sri Lanka in 2020.
Inspire Worldwide are a small, independent organisation, specialising in setting up long-term sustainable links between UK schools and our link charities overseas.
We have short term paid contracts (3 weeks) for leaders and assistant leaders available that can fit alongside your full time job.
6 weeks experience on rural community projects (ideally in Africa/Asia)
Experience leading or managing teams of young people
REC 2 (or willing to obtain this)
If you're passionate about cultural exchange, with experience of developing world travel in rural areas (at least 6 weeks), and a drive to help young people understand the world and the value of everyone in it, then please get in touch with a copy of your CV - email [email protected]

Our assessment day is on the 4th October at our office in Bramley, Hants.
The majority of our trips are in June-August, with a few in October. You must be able to attend our 2 day training weekend in March. These are paid positions, you will need to have or be willing to gain a REC 2 outdoor first aid qualification, as well as an Enhanced DBS check.
