Our Bristol sales team is growing, and we’re recruiting for an Adventure Travel Sales Specialist to help expand upon and drive Patagonia sales.

Swoop Travel is a 33 person (and growing) travel company, specialising in trips to the ends of the earth; extraordinary destinations that provide our customers with incredible experiences and lifelong memories.

We don’t just work in the adventure travel industry, we live, sleep, eat and breathe all things travel and adventure. Our passion is what drives our success, and although there’s plenty of socials, destination trips and fun, we work hard and we love what we do. What you’ll be doing

Our Patagonia sales team sell a diverse range of trips to international English-speaking customers, from the renowned Torres Del Paine, to the off the beaten track destinations. If you have sales expertise and a passion for exploring the wilderness, then you can definitely add value to what we do. The Patagonia stuff? Never been, don’t know anything about the region? Provided you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach. If you’re ambitious, this could be the start of a new career in a growing, fast-paced, entrepreneurial travel company.

Who you’ll be

You’ll need to be a self-starter and have a ‘can do’ approach to developing and implementing your sales process. Our industry is competitive, so we need to be responsive to our customers, consistently moving forward to grow the business and reach our team targets.

Whilst we aren’t specifically looking for travel industry experience, successful sales experience is a must. You’ll love the sense of satisfaction in matching a customer with the right product, have a genuine passion for sales and live for the buzz of hitting your monthly targets. Perhaps you don’t love selling insurance, finance or whatever it is you are currently selling, and spend your days dreaming about your next trekking or travel adventure and want to bring your sales skills to a new purpose.
